What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing my house?
Pressure washing uses high force to blast dirt off hard surfaces like concrete. Siding is more delicate — vinyl, wood, and fiber cement can crack, streak, or let water behind the panels under too much pressure. We soft wash siding instead: lower pressure, a cleaning solution that does the actual work, then a gentle rinse.
Will soft washing damage my paint or siding?
Soft washing is specifically the technique used to avoid that. High-pressure washing is what causes paint stripping and cracked siding — soft washing is the safer approach for painted or older siding.
How long does house washing take?

Does soft washing kill the algae, or just clean it off?
