- Screens & tracks. Screens are cleaned, and tracks and sills are cleared of dirt.
- Frame & glass wash. Interior and/or exterior glass is cleaned streak-free.
- Detail pass. Corners and edges are checked for streaks or drips before moving to the next window.
- Final walk-through. We do a pass in good light so nothing gets missed.
Worth knowing
If your window seals or caulking are already failing, water can seep through during cleaning and show up as moisture between the panes or around the frame. We'll flag anything that looks compromised, but pre-existing seal or frame issues aren't something cleaning can fix — or cause.

Do you clean interior windows, exterior, or both?
Both, or either — you choose when you get your quote. A lot of customers do exterior-only for regular upkeep and add interior cleaning once or twice a year.
How often should I get my windows professionally cleaned?
Exterior windows on the Eastside collect pollen, rain spots, and grime fast — twice a year is typical. Interior windows usually just need an annual pass unless you have pets or kids leaving prints on the glass.
Do you clean window screens and tracks too?
Yes — screens are cleaned, and tracks and sills are cleared of dirt and debris as part of the service, not an extra step you have to ask for.
Is it safe to clean windows on a two- or three-story house?
Yes — we bring the right ladders and extension equipment for multi-story homes, so you don't need to be the one on a ladder.
