Our Policies

Scheduling & Booking

Call or text (425) 484-8481 and we'll get you a quote the same day, during office hours. Once you're booked, we schedule the work within the same week — typically within 5 business days.

• Office hours (quoting, scheduling, billing): Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm
• Service hours (on-site work): 7 days a week, 7am–7pm

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens. Give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule and there's no fee — just call or text and we'll find a new time that works. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may include a small fee to cover the time reserved for your job.

Weather Delays

Washington weather doesn't always cooperate. If rain, freezing temperatures, or high wind make it unsafe or ineffective to do the job on the scheduled day, we'll reach out to reschedule for the next available slot — no action needed on your end, and no fee.

Payment

Payment is due the day the work is completed. We'll text you a secure payment link so you can pay by credit or debit card — no cash or checks to deal with. Pricing starts from $150 and is always confirmed with you before the job is booked.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with our work, let us know within 48 hours and we'll return to make it right.

Safety & Property Access

Our subcontractors are vetted professionals, and we ask a few things of every property to keep the job safe and smooth:

• Clear access to an outdoor water spigot and any gates or side yards being worked in.
• Vehicles, patio furniture, and pets moved clear of the work area beforehand.
• Gate codes or access instructions passed along when you book, if needed.

We use the lowest pressure and gentlest approach that gets the job done — soft washing on siding, low-to-moderate pressure on wood fencing — to protect your property, plants, and pets.
