How is this different from your regular instant estimate?
These are flat, bundled prices built for pre-listing prep — one package covers everything instead of quoting each service separately. If a property falls outside the typical scope (unusually large, more than 2 stories), just text us and we'll confirm pricing before booking.
Can this be done while the property is still occupied?
Yes. For exterior services, it doesn't matter whether the property is occupied or vacant. Interior window cleaning just needs the occupant to arrange access for the crew.
How fast can you turn this around before a listing goes live?
We will confirm your boooking within 24 hours of your request. Most pre-listing packages get scheduled within the same week — let us know your target photo or listing date and we'll work backward from it.
Do I pay for this, or does the seller?
Either way — the package price is the same whether it's billed to your listing-prep costs or paid directly by the seller. Just let us know who to invoice when you book.
