- Clear & prep. Furniture is moved out of the way (or removed as an add-on) and the surface is swept of loose debris.
- Material-matched wash. Pressure and nozzle are chosen for concrete, pavers, flagstone, or wood/composite decking.
- Joint & detail cleaning. Paver joints, control joints, and edges get extra attention — that's where moss holds hardest.
- Rinse & optional polymeric sand. Joints are refilled and locked in place if you added it to your quote.
Worth knowing: Washing can loosen already-failing sealant, splintering wood, or wobbly pavers that were on their way out before we arrived. Wood decking may also raise grain slightly as it dries, which a re-seal or re-stain typically resolves.

Yes, with the right pressure and nozzle. Wood needs a gentler touch than concrete — too much PSI splinters the grain and strips its protective layer — so we dial the pressure down and let the cleaning process do the work instead of brute force.
My pavers keep growing weeds and moss between the joints — can that be fixed?
Washing clears out the moss and buildup, and our polymeric sanding add-on refills the joints with sand that hardens in place, making it much harder for weeds and moss to take root again.
Do I need to move my patio furniture first?
You're welcome to move it yourself, or add furniture removal to your quote and we'll handle it for you.
How soon can I use my deck or patio after cleaning?
Concrete and pavers are usually fine to walk on right away. Wood decks need to dry out fully before any sealing or staining — we'll let you know what to expect for your specific surface.
