  2. Frame & glass wash. Interior and/or exterior glass is cleaned streak-free with a squeegee finish.
  3. Detail pass. Corners and edges are checked for streaks or drips before moving to the next window.
  4. Final walk-through. We do a pass in good light so nothing gets missed.

Worth knowing: If your window seals or caulking are already failing, water can seep through during washing and show up as moisture between the panes or around the frame. We'll flag anything that looks compromised, but pre-existing seal or frame issues aren't something washing can fix — or cause.
