Move-Out Cleaning in Kirkland
Plenty of Kirkland moves happen in condos and apartments, from the newer buildings around Totem Lake to the units near the waterfront in Moss Bay. Those buildings often have a property manager doing a detailed walkthrough, and sometimes an HOA move-out checklist on top of that.
Walkthroughs check the spots you stopped seeing years ago
Property managers open the oven, run a finger along the baseboards, and look inside the cabinets. In a busy move, those are exactly the places that get skipped, and they're common reasons a deposit comes back short.
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and closets, top to bottom
Starting at $200 We scrub cabinets and appliances inside and out, scrub tile and grout, vacuum and mop floors, wipe baseboards, and clear closets of dust — then walk through the whole home in good light.
Hand back the keys without bracing for the walkthrough
You walk out of your Kirkland place with the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, and closets already done, so the final inspection is a formality instead of a list of deductions.

Worth knowing
This is a deep clean, not a junk removal or hoarding cleanout — the home needs to be cleared of furniture, trash, and hazardous material before we can clean it. We don't haul garbage away: the trash from the cleaning itself goes into the home's garbage, recycling, or compost bin. We also don't offer wall touch-up paint or carpet shampooing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you work around my building's move-out rules?
Yes. Many Kirkland condo and apartment buildings have elevator reservations, parking limits, or set hours for contractors. Text us those details with your quote request and we'll schedule around them.
My lease ends on a specific day. Can you clean after the movers leave?
That's the ideal time, since an empty unit lets us reach every wall, corner, and closet. Text us your move-out date when you ask for a quote and we'll line the cleaning up between the truck leaving and your walkthrough.
Do you clean occupied homes, or only empty ones?
We work best in an empty or nearly-empty home — no furniture in the way means we can reach every wall, corner, and closet. Moving out before the walkthrough or moving in before the truck arrives both work great; we can also work around a lightly-furnished space if needed.
Is this the same as a regular recurring house cleaning?
No — this is a deeper, one-time top-to-bottom clean, not a light maintenance pass. It covers things a weekly or biweekly cleaning usually skips, like inside cabinets, inside appliances, and baseboards.
