Move-Out Cleaning in Sammamish
A lot of Sammamish moves are families leaving larger homes in neighborhoods like Klahanie and Pine Lake, often timed around the end of the school year. A big house with several bathrooms and a bonus room is a lot to deep-clean in the last week.
A big family house is a lot to clean on the way out
Several bathrooms, a kitchen that fed a family for years, closets, and a bonus room add up to days of scrubbing, right when you're packing and managing the kids' last week of school. Something always gets skipped.
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and closets, top to bottom
Starting at $200 We scrub cabinets and appliances inside and out, scrub tile and grout, vacuum and mop floors, wipe baseboards, and clear closets of dust — then walk through the whole home in good light.
Close the door on the old house without a cleaning marathon
Every room is done top to bottom, from the inside of the oven to the closets, so you can spend the last week on the move and the goodbyes instead of on your hands and knees.

Worth knowing
This is a deep clean, not a junk removal or hoarding cleanout — the home needs to be cleared of furniture, trash, and hazardous material before we can clean it. We don't haul garbage away: the trash from the cleaning itself goes into the home's garbage, recycling, or compost bin. We also don't offer wall touch-up paint or carpet shampooing.
Frequently Asked Questions
We're moving at the end of the school year. When should we book?
As soon as you know your date. Late spring and early summer are busy moving months, so booking early gives us the most room to fit the cleaning around your closing or lease.
We're selling and buying at the same time. Can you clean the new house too?
Yes. Move-in cleans work the same way. Text us both addresses and dates, and we'll quote and schedule them together.
Do you clean occupied homes, or only empty ones?
We work best in an empty or nearly-empty home — no furniture in the way means we can reach every wall, corner, and closet. Moving out before the walkthrough or moving in before the truck arrives both work great; we can also work around a lightly-furnished space if needed.
Is this the same as a regular recurring house cleaning?
No — this is a deeper, one-time top-to-bottom clean, not a light maintenance pass. It covers things a weekly or biweekly cleaning usually skips, like inside cabinets, inside appliances, and baseboards.
