Patio & Deck Washing in Bellevue
Bellevue's larger lots, in West Bellevue and Enatai especially, tend to have big paver patios and outdoor living areas built for summer. After a wet winter under the trees, the joints fill with moss and the pavers go dark and slick.
Green between the pavers spreads across the whole patio
Moss starts in the sand joints, where water sits longest, and then creeps out over the face of the pavers. By spring the patio you entertain on is dark, patchy, and slippery in the shady corners near the house.
Material-matched washing for concrete, pavers, or wood
Starting at $200 We sweep up loose debris for your yard-waste bin, match the wash to your material, focus extra attention on paver and control joints where moss holds hardest, then rinse and lock joints in place with optional polymeric sand.
A patio ready for the first barbecue of the summer
The pavers come back to their real color and the shady corners stop being slick, so the outdoor space you built for summer is ready when the weather turns instead of needing a weekend of scrubbing first.
Neglected patios need resurfacing, not just a wash
Skip it for a few years and that softening won't stop at the surface — grout, sealant, and wood fiber keep breaking down until the patio needs resurfacing or replacing, not just a wash.

What's included
- Clear & prep. Furniture is moved out of the way (or removed as an add-on) and the surface is swept of loose debris, which goes into your yard-waste bin (anything that doesn't fit is bagged and taken away).
- Material-matched wash. The wash is matched to your surface — concrete, pavers, flagstone, or wood/composite decking — so it cleans without damage.
- Joint & detail cleaning. Paver joints, control joints, and edges get extra attention — that's where moss holds hardest.
- Rinse & optional polymeric sand. Joints are refilled and locked in place if you added it to your quote.
Worth knowing
Washing can loosen already-failing sealant, splintering wood, or wobbly pavers that were on their way out before we arrived. Wood decking may also raise grain slightly as it dries, which a re-seal or re-stain typically resolves.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you clean the patio and the deck in the same visit?
Yes. If your backyard has both, we match the method to each surface, so concrete or pavers and wood decking are each handled the right way in one visit.
We host a lot in the summer. When's the best time to wash the patio?
Late spring, once the heaviest rain has passed, so the patio starts the season clean. Text us the date of your first big gathering and we'll schedule ahead of it.
Can you pressure wash a wood deck without damaging it?
Yes. Wood needs a gentler touch than concrete — too much pressure splinters the grain and strips its protective layer — so wood decks are always cleaned gently, never with brute force.
My pavers keep growing weeds and moss between the joints — can that be fixed?
Washing clears out the moss and buildup, and our polymeric sanding add-on refills the joints with sand that hardens in place, making it much harder for weeds and moss to take root again.
